  Upon entering the store, we were greeted so warmly that we ended up chatting for 10 minutes before we even looked around. Maddie was a star and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, as well as helping me to make a few decisions between items.

  This store has the absolutely nicest people working there. Both as a customer in the store and a a local yoga teacher and studio owner, they have been great to work with. They really support local fitness professionals and studios with community events. Love their clothes, love their store employees, love their events!

  My husband and I have had great experiences every time we shop here. The staff is always incredibly helpful without being overly pushy. They give you space to browse, and just when you’re holding a few items, someone will kindly offer to start a fitting room for you. They’re also really good at suggesting pieces similar to items we already love and letting us know when new colors or upcoming seasonal releases are dropping. Since they keep our information on file, when I stop in I already know exactly what size and fit to look for, which makes shopping quick and easy. One visit really stood out when my husband couldn’t make it with me. One associate was looking up his sizes on their tablet, another was helping me find the right colors and holding items, and someone else went to check the back for additional pieces. That level of teamwork and service is rare these days. We’ve also attended a yoga class they hosted before the store opened. It was such a great experience. After the class, they kept the store open for attendees to shop and even provided refreshments and snacks. Even though Vuori is a larger national brand, this location truly makes you feel like you’re shopping local and that you’re part of the Vuori family.

  I had such a great experience on Saturday! Tried a new pair of pants that I was curious about and the team was super helpful finding the right pair. They didn't have them in stock but they built out a cart for me to simply order online. I appreciated that because it removed the hassle of having to go and do it my own - instead I just had to fill out my payment information! Truly a great experience. It's clear the team at this store understands the concept of customer service - it encouraged me to make the purchase. Looking forward to being back in the store.

  As soon as I walked in the energy in the air was that I was not welcomed. As if I am not able to afford things in the store and the employees made it clear that did not care about my business at all. Other people entered and left and received service, being welcome, asked if they needed anything, and other overly nice things while I was given nothing. While I was looking I decided I was going to get a hat for my boyfriend and picked up a white one. I then saw a black one and decided that would be a better choice for him in terms of keeping it clean. The women working the floor was talking about how skinny and fit she was and glared over at me asking if I needed something in the rudest tone. Overall, I don’t appreciate that a retail worker is trying to project this idea that they are somehow better than me just because I’m a younger person that she didn’t assume could afford things at the store. She had extremely bright lipstick on. Safe to say, I will not be returning as I don’t find it fun to be looked down upon in a leggings store. This happened a few weeks ago but it has genuinely stuck with me and I can’t believe that is okay.
