  I had such a wonderful experience at Vuori in Oakbrook Mall. The entire store was incredibly clean, organized, and beautifully maintained, which made shopping there even more enjoyable. What stood out the most was the customer service. There was a staff member named Jess — I’m about 85% sure that was her name — who went completely above and beyond to help me. She spent around 30–45 minutes helping me find a replacement pair of pants after my previous pair had ripped. She even took the time to call different Vuori stores around the country to check if they had them in stock anywhere. That level of dedication and kindness is so rare to find. She genuinely did far more than what her job required, and I truly appreciated the time, patience, and effort she put into helping me. Experiences like this are what keep people coming back. Thank you again to Jess and the whole team for being so welcoming and helpful!

  Although I did not purchase anything from the store, my review is based on customer service. Often times stores lately are short staffed and you wait forever to get help. During our time in the store staff were available for questions and product help. They were moving throughout the store to offer guests assistance. The vibe felt very friendly.

  I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the Vuori store in Oak Brook. Every single time I visit, the experience is consistently outstanding--so much so that I will go out of my way to shop at this location, even when others are closer. The atmosphere is calm, yet uplifting... professional, yet incredibly supportive. There's a genuine sense of ease the moment you walk in, and that speaks volumes about the team they've built. Jessica, Hailey, and Jocelynn are absolutely phenomenal. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and extraordinarily patient--not only with clients, but with one another. It's refreshing and inspiring to see a team that truly enjoys both their work and the people they serve. Vuori has done something special here--bringing together such a remarkable group of individuals in one space. It creates an experience that feels less like shopping and more like being cared for. Thank you, Vuori Oak Brook, for consistently delivering excellence. I will absolutely keep coming back!

  I came into this location on Monday 1/5 looking for something specific! Karston greeted me right away & was willing to help me find what I needed. The store did not have it in stock so he called another location (Chicago- his home store) & got me what I needed as smoothly & quickly as can be!! I was so beyond impressed with his friendly demeanor & his determination to make his customer (me) happy!!! Thank you so much, Karston!

  I had such an exceptional experience at Vuori recently. I went in looking for gifts for my grandchildren and wanted to make sure I was being fair by getting each of them something similar. A very kind young woman (I wish I had gotten her name!) helped me put together four outfit sets and made the whole process so easy. She even bagged everything separately for me, which I really appreciated. A couple of the sizes didn't work out once the kids tried them on, but that's no problem- I can easily exchange them. Other than that, my granddaughters absolutely loved their items. Even though I didn't catch her name, every employee l've interacted with at this location has been wonderful. The customer service here is truly amazing, and I can't wait to come back.
