How do I join?

It’s simple. Create an account, add your birthday to your profile, and receive a gift on your special day. This program is free to join, and there is no minimum spend required.

Who can participate?

This program is currently only available for U.S. residents. V1 Community Members and employees can participate, but the Birthday Gift cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Additional terms and conditions apply.

How is my tier determined?

Your tier is determined by how much you spend at vuoriclothing.com and Vuori stores during the 365-day period before your birth month starts. The amount of your spend is calculated after promotional offers are applied and does not include amounts spent on taxes, gift cards, or shipping.

How do I make sure my purchases count toward my spend accumulation?

Online: Sign in at vuoriclothing.com with your Vuori account email address before making a purchase.
In stores: Provide the sales associate with your Vuori account email address at checkout.
If you do not provide the email address associated with your account and birthday program, your purchase will not count toward your spend.

What happens when I return items?

Your tier status reflects your total spend, including returns. If you return an item, the spend amount from that purchase will be deducted from the spend total that applies to your tier status.

Can I sign up if I don’t live in the U.S.?

Currently, this program is only available to U.S. residents. However, you can still create a Vuori account for easy checkout and access to your order history.

When will I receive my Birthday Gift?

To get your Birthday Gift, make sure your birthday is saved in your Vuori account and that you’re opted in to receive marketing communications.

Add your birthday before your birthday month begins so we can celebrate with you on time. If you add or change it during your birthday month (or after), your first Birthday Gift will be sent the following year. The value of your Birthday Gift depends on your tier level when it’s issued.

What are the Birthday Gift restrictions?

Your Birthday Gift is valid for one-time use and expires 30 days from when you receive your email. It can’t be combined with other offers or discounts, and it can’t be used to purchase sale items or gift cards. Taxes and shipping charges aren’t included in the discount.

Each customer is eligible for one Birthday Gift per calendar year. Birthday Gifts cannot be transferred, delayed, deferred, exchanged, or returned.

If you return or exchange an item purchased using your Birthday Gift, we will issue a one-time replacement Birthday Gift. The original Birthday Gift amount will be evenly distributed among all items purchased in that transaction. You will receive a replacement Birthday Gift equal to the amount associated with the returned item(s). No other refunds will be provided for the portion of the Birthday Gift applied to returned items.

The replacement Birthday Gift will expire 14 days from the date it is issued. Its value will also be evenly distributed among all items purchased using the replacement Birthday Gift. If you return any items from that subsequent purchase, no additional Birthday Gift will be issued, and you will forfeit the value associated with the returned item(s). No monetary refund will be provided for that amount.
