I'm 5'2" 103-106 lbs (32B) and I ordered an extra small. I love this bra! However- if you are petite person there is an extra inch on the shoulders that will have to alter... but there's no difference than most sports bras. If you don't, the bra hangs down and isn't as compressed as I'd like. 
Most of the interior tags are removable but the one that stays is super annoying and itchy.  love the look of this sports bra so I just deal with it.
