The parka is warm and comfortable. I would have given 5 stars however…after wearing it a few weeks, I noticed all of my leggings (Vuori and Lulu) were all having some sort of rubbing and pilling at the top left of my leg. It’s only located in the one spot, no matching spot on the other side…and nowhere else on my leggings. I’ve never had leggings pill. So I started to think and realized that my leggings were pilling only after I started wearing this parka. So I looked inside the parka and realized the label is stitched in a way that has an edge on it that has been rubbing all of my leggings. I contacted Vuori support who just said pilling is normal and gave reasons for it- seems they didn’t really read that it is the label causing it. So now I have an amazingly warm jacket, that I have to put masking tape on top of the inside lower left label so that it doesn’t continue to ruin my leggings. I also have at least 7 pair of Lulu and Vuori leggings that are ruined because of it. I sent a complaint to Vuori regarding the label and that they should do something to prevent this in the future and they didn’t respond to that either. Hopefully no one else has this issue because replacing 7 pairs (and a majority of them were brand new since I bought the coat) costs more than this parka

Incredible Coat
This is such a high quality coat. Took it to London in winter conditions. It’s packable, very warm and comfortable and the exterior is waterproof which was great for the UK mist! Absolutely love it!

Just terrible service. I wanted to love them!
Ordered this 3 times and haven't received it 2 times, in far too large sizes. I've called and they just kind of gaslight me about the sizing. I'm done with this brand. Bummer.
