No way to talk to a customer service rep by phone.
I ordered 4 pairs of joggers...2 Long length and 2 Regular length. All the lengths were the same and the tags were the same. I could find no way to phone and talk to a person . Also ordered a mens tee on 12/12, but it has not arrived by 12/21. Too difficult to communicate.

Light and comfortable
This wasn't as thick of a material as I assumed it would be, which isn't a bad thing - just something to keep in mind. They are very comfortable and light, a great house lounger or exercise pant. My waist fits perfectly, but the legs are just a smidge too long. Overall, happy with the purchase and will probably get more at some point!

Perfect fit
I'm 6ft and 190lbs with a 36 inch waist and a 31 inch inseam. These fit me well at my winter weight and will be even better when I drop 10 lbs for summer
