Free classes every morning on Vuori's Instagram to get you moving

Connection through community is the driving force for Vuori ACTV CLUB. A place where people of all abilities can come together for a little sweat therapy, to encourage each other and get a little bit stronger everyday mentally, physically and spiritually. We have teamed up with some of the best trainers in the game to bring you a variety of free, quality classes ranging from strength training, yoga and everything in between.

Meet our Trainers

Remy Kam

Remy is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor based in Los Angeles. Growing up as a dancer, she found herself introduced to methods such as Barre, Kickboxing, Pilates, and Yoga which quickly fueled her passion for fitness.

She started her fitness career as Spin instructor at a boutique studio in college and returned back to LA to teach for Cycle House and Equinox. Alongside teaching, Remy has worked for influential companies in the health & wellness space including Tone It Up, Theragun, and Parsley Health.

She currently teaches on the Westside at Barry's Bootcamp and online via Instagram. Her classes bring big energy and bigger beat drops. Her programming is effective and creative, so you'll never take the same class twice.

Stef Corgel

Stef is a Southern California based former professional basketball player turned trainer for the women's fitness platform Tone It Up! and Barrys. When not helping her clients reach their max potential through fitness, Stef is an avid surfer, beach goer and all around loves to MOVE. One of her favorite things is to watch her clients discover their true selves and gain confidence through fitness.

Frances Brower

Frances has always been a free spirit and a lover of movement. She was an elite gymnast half of her life but injury after injury led her to discover a functional and wellness-based lifestyle. She found yoga (or really, yoga found her!) in Thailand and she’s been teaching and training others for over 8 years. You can find her locally at Equinox, beach yoga classes, or virtually through online platforms. Frances believes with her whole heart that yoga was made for everyBODY (that means you too)! Join her for some feel-good flows that will leave you refreshed, renewed, and hopefully better off than how you started.

Tara Mobasseri

Tara is a LA based fitness instructor. After being a dancer for 15 years she transitioned into fitness starting with SoulCycle and now a Master Coach at BoxUnion studio where she teaches boxing, HIIT and sculpt classes. She believes that exercise and movement has the power to be healing and cathartic and that all health and wellness begins on the inside first! Her motto "Yes or Yes" is sure to keep you motived during any of her workouts.

Chelsea Harrison

Chelsea is a Florida based yoga instructor, who is dedicated to spreading light, and love around the world.

The medicine of movement has long been a part of her life, growing up playing basketball, and soccer, which ultimately led her to becoming a personal trainer, and yoga instructor. Chelsea began her practice of yoga over ten years ago.

Through a conscious, yogic, and holistic lifestyle Chelsea lives life through a spiritual lens. Her mission is to help heal the collective through raising the vibration here on Earth, while creating conscious movement of potential energy, pranayama (breath work) and harmonious sound healing.

She passionately believes that each of us are a unique gift to this magnificent Earth, so come as you are, and know that it is enough. Join her on your mat for an energetic vinyasa flow that will awaken your mind, body, and spirit - synchronizing your physical body and consciousness.

McKenna Waitley

McKenna is a Southern California based trainer. She got into training because she has always been an athlete herself. Growing up in San Diego, she got a scholarship to play soccer and her athletic career turned professional allowing her to live out her dream as a professional athlete. After years of sport and travel, McKenna found herself back in Southern California where she seriously began pursuing fitness and training. Her favorite workouts are HIIT and brings the energy to get your heart rate up and endorphins flowing. She is inspired to help others find their inner athlete and get shredded while having some fun!

Nikeva

Nikeva is an all around fitness enthusiast from Chicago. As a professional dancer and former track athlete, she began teaching as a way to stay active and share her enthusiasm for movement with the community. Nikeva is based in LA and has developed a worldwide fitness following through teaching virtually. Her classes are a mash up of low impact-barre-pilates-sculpting movement that promise to leave your muscles fired up! Nikeva creates workouts that organically flow from moment to moment with short stretch breaks. Her goal is to lead a class that strengthens, tones, and stretches the body in ways that feel challenging and rewarding. Nikeva’s movement mantra? Give the body what it deserves!
