Torn damaged product, poor customer service

Product arrived severely torn and unusable. Instead of taking my word for it, they asked for photos, etc to prove it ... not a good way to win over a first time customer. My first and last purchase..

Nice product. Recently new customer discount but had to return for size. When I replaced..no discount. Should have offered exchange to include discount.

Great product, overpriced

This pair of shorts fits well and looks like it will hold up. However, it is overpriced. It is twice as expensive as Under Armour running shorts, which also fits well and wears well.
