I usually have a hard time with straps being to long/loose. Thesea are perfect, the dress is soft and comfortable,  no shorts underneath so I just wear a pair of my own. Dress falls a couple of inches above my knees and you can dress it up or down, I am 5'2" 125 lbs


Love this dress! I’m 5’6” and 120 lb. I have the beige in XS and got the black in S. The Small feels like a slightly better fit overall. 

I have many exercise dresses so I was surprised when this one came with no built in shorts. I ended up returning.

I’ve worn this dress around the house and under linen dresses to work. Great fit and coverage. Really happy with it! 

The material of this dress soft and very comfortable. The straps are not adjustable but the built in bra holds the girls in place quite well. The dress has a boxy relaxed fit, 
so if you want it tighter, I recommend sizing down.
