How it Works:

1. During operating hours (11am - 6pm) call your local store. For after hours, you can PLACE CURBSIDE ORDER HERE
2. Our team will process your payment using our secure PCI compliant payment system.
3. You will receive a text when your order is ready for pickup.
4. Text us when you arrive and a Vuori associate will bring your purchase to your car.

What product is available?

Product availability will be based on store inventory, not all items available online are available in store. A skilled Vuori associate will work with you to explore all available options for your gift.

How do I return or exchange my order?

We pride ourselves on our product guarantee, we call it our “Investment in Happiness”. If you are not completely satisfied with your in-store purchase you can bring it into one of our Vuori locations and we would be happy to help. You must have a store receipt to receive a refund back to the original method of payment.

What health and safety  measures are being taken during Curbside Pick Up?

• All Vuori retail staff will be wearing gloves and masks to select, wrap, and deliver your purchase.
• All Vuori employees are given routine health screenings prior to each shift, including temperature checks, in accordance with CDC regulations.
• Vuori stores and distribution centers are following CDC/WHO guidelines with additional cleaning measures and a close of shift cleaning checklist.
• Stores have been supplied additional cleaning supplies including wipes, gloves, and sanitizer, as well as trained teams on wipe down protocol when finishing use of hardware and workspace.
• Employees adhere to social distancing guidelines as recommended by the CDC at all times.

You will be charged for your order as soon as it ships from our fulfillment center. Until then, the charge will appear as an authorized charge amount on your credit card statement. This ‘authorized’ amount is the amount that will be charged.

Refunds for returns are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the return package in the mail.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Ground orders can take up to 3-4 business days to be packed and shipped. Expedited shipments must be placed by 9am eastern time to be processed same business day. All Vuori orders ship from Southern California. Once shipped, standard ground shipments can take as little as 4-5 days to destinations within California and up to 5-10 business days to the East Coast.

We know that shipping times are important to our customers and we are working hard to improve the speed at which our gear makes it to you. We thank you for your understanding and support!

We ship with the carries USPS, UPS and FedEx depending on the location of the shipping address from our facility and the type of shipping chosen at checkout.

Ground orders generally ship with USPS - however this is not always the case, especially if the order is being shipped to a location outside of California.

If your package must ship with a specific carrier in order to be delivered please place your order during business hours (9am - 4pm PST) and email us at SUPPORT@VUORICLOTHING.COM with your order number. We will do our best to make that change. If you received a tracking email and your order is shipping with the wrong carrier please reach out to our team so we can offer further assistance.

We do not ship internationally at this time, but we are working on it!

Yes! We offer prepaid Vuori Return Shipping Labels for all online purchases. Visit the RETURNS section of our site to get a label.

RETURNS

We pride ourselves on our product guarantee, we call it our “Investment in Happiness”. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back! We are happy to accept returns for a refund and provide a pre-paid shipping label for orders placed through our website. We do not accept returns of sale items. (If an order is older than 60 days we may only be able to offer store credit).

While we do not offer direct exchanges we’d be happy to process a refund back to the original method of payment and you can place a new order whenever you're ready.

PROMO CODES & GIFT CARDS

The 20% welcome code will be found on a promotional pop-up box on our website, it will automatically show up when you enter the site. The code will appear after providing your email. You will also receive an email from us with this discount code after you sign up. Be sure to check your promotions or junk folders as they can sometimes land in there. If you happen to miss it, you can enter your email into the white text box at the bottom of our site and the code will pop-up. If you still have trouble please e-mail us at SUPPORT@VUORICLOTHING.COM.

As a young brand we do not yet currently offer Gift Cards on our site, but do offer them in our physical stores for in-store purchases only. We hope to offer online Gift Cards in the near future!

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Currently, our shortest shorts are our 5" Kore and Banks with an inseam of 5".

If you like a liner, the Kore, Trail, Rush, and Stockton shorts all have built-in liners. The Coolmax liner is a boxer brief style that keeps you supported, cool, and fresh even after a tough workout so you can go commando with confidence. Our Boardshorts currently do not have built-in liners but mostly all our other lined shorts can be used in the water!

Our Banks Short and all Boardshorts are specifically designed for life in and out of the water. These styles are made from a light weight stretch, quick drying and anti-microbial material that is sourced from recycled plastic bottles. The Kore, Rush, and Trail Shorts can all be worn in the water, but the interior liner is a soft knit fabric that will not dry as fast.

We design our gear in-house at our corporate headquarters in Carlsbad, San Diego and our products are manufactured at various locations across the globe. We currently work with factories in the United States, China and Colombia. We pride ourselves on the excellent relationships that we maintain with fair, ethical manufacturing facilities, both near and far.
